Welcome to our vibrant creative space—born from an unexpected discovery and built with passion! Once an old sewing factory, we took on the challenge of transforming it from the ground up, breathing new life into every corner. And as fate would have it, on the very first day we stepped foot into this hidden 20 year abandoned place, we stumbled upon an unexpected resident—a backyard chicken! That little moment became a symbol of what we stand for: embracing the unexpected, nurturing creativity, and fostering a thriving community.

Started on May 2024 we renovated the whole space with zero budget and many youtube videos. We still make changes and transform the place every day. Below you can see some before-after photos
